Dr. Anthony Meo is a graduate of the University of Windsor where he received his Bachelor of Human Kinetics – Honours Movement Science degree in June of 2005. He subsequently began his studies at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where he graduated with a Doctorate degree in Chiropractic in June of 2009. Upon completion of his studies, the graduate of Holy Names High School returned home to his native Essex County to begin his professional career. He now owns two clinics, and is currently an active member in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario, the Ontario and Canadian Chiropractic Associations, and the Canadian Contemporary Acupuncture Association.
In addition to traditional chiropractic adjusting techniques, Dr. Meo is trained in various complementary techniques. These include acupuncture, Myofascial (muscle) Release Techniques (MRT), custom foot orthotics prescription and fitting, Kinesio® Taping, the Activator Methods® adjusting technique, and is an authorized Ideal Protein® Weight Loss Counsellor. Furthermore, Dr. Meo provides his patients with a variety of therapeutic rehabilitation and exercise programs that will enable them to take control of their care, ultimately empowering them to attain their functional goals. Away from the clinic, Dr. Meo has always and continues to lead a very active lifestyle, both personally and within the community. A former captain of the University of Windsor Men's Varsity Soccer team, Dr. Meo continues to play in the local men's league, and is an avid golfer.
